SE Solutions is seeking a Business Development Director who will be a key driver of growth in the SE Solutions Federal Civilian portfolio working as a part of a fast paced and highly collaborative organization. The ideal candidate must have the initiative to identify new business opportunities within a variety of Federal Civilian agencies and successfully mature opportunities through the capture process.
The Business Development Director will focus on a full range of business development activities from relationship maturation through initial capture management strategies. The candidate will report to the Senior Vice President for Federal Civilian. The Business Development Director will support the development and execution of an account growth strategy, including identification of target accounts, customer relationship management, opportunity identification, capture management, proposal oversight as well as the participation in industry events.
