The selected candidate will win business for SE Solutions through the application of expertise across the business development life cycle from opportunity qualification through shaping and capture and proposal and contract startup. The Capture Manager will serve as the lead for complex and technical bids, including developing a detailed understanding of the customers’ requirements and buying patterns, the competitions strengths and weaknesses, the development of complex technical solution options, and building a cost-competitive industry team that can deliver client impact through a winning bid. The Capture Manager must have and be able to leverage proven senior-level leadership and relationships within industry and government clients. The Capture Manager will be responsible for leading negotiations with industry partners to build teams in support of capture efforts.
