    SE Solutions is seeking to expand the number and quality of business development opportunities available for pursuit by the Company.  Adding experienced business development individual(s), possessing customer knowledge, contacts and experience, to the current capabilities of the organization will provide the incremental opportunities necessary to achieve the bookings goals established for the Company in 2018 and beyond.  Presently we are seeking individuals with the following attributes and experience.



    • Broad and deep customer relationships in DHS, other civilian departments or agencies, and DOD.
    • Ability to identify, qualify, pursue and close new business opportunities
    • Working knowledge of federal contracts and vehicles and experience in the federal procurement process
    • Successful experience developing proposals in response to federal RFP’s and RFQ’s
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills


    • Broad and deep customer relationships in DHS and its components and/or other civilian and DOD customers
    • A proven track record of winning business in DHS, other civilian Departments and Agencies, or DOD.
    • Must possess high-level (CIO, CTO, Director) and program level contacts within multiple Government organizations (DHS, other Civilian, DOD)
    • Has knowledge of and experience with customers, partners, and competitors in the federal information technology services, consulting services and cyber security market space.
    • Proven experience guiding resources of the Company to develop relationships and solutions necessary to successfully pursue and capture new business.
    • Must have a strong track record and demonstrated ability to identify, develop and win new business opportunities in the federal market space
      • Opportunity identification
      • Opportunity capture strategy development and implementation
      • High-level proposal development oversight
      • Participation in Price-To-Win strategy development
    • Must demonstrate the ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment and have effective communication skills (verbal/written)
    • Participate in the sales process building teams, providing capture and proposal guidance participating in all aspects of the opportunity lifecycle.
    • Successful experience developing proposals in response to federal RFP’s and RFQ’s as well as creating unsolicited whitepapers and proposals in support of wedge/penetration opportunities
    • Deep experience in Federal contracts and procurement processes, as well as proposal development activities
    • Must demonstrate a highly ethical approach to business pursuits, and carry a highly regarded reputation within the industry
    • Hold a Secret or higher security clearance




    • Should have knowledge and experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations
    • Should have experience in small and mid-sized business, demonstrating knowledge and experience in the possible objections and issues that can affect the sales process
    • Participation in various industry organizations
